By accessing or using Achievr. (“the Service”), operated by iAppLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Achievr. provides AI-powered workflow automation through autonomous agents that operate on dedicated infrastructure. The Service includes agent creation, task automation, monitoring, and related features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. Automated agents must be configured in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, its technology, and all related intellectual property. Outputs generated by your agents belong to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. iAppLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
